Congratulations to Samantha Erbach, the overall winner of the 29th Annual Run for the Poor. Her time of 17:27.7 was seven seconds faster that Parker Lee, fastest male athlete, at 17:34.4. Kudos to both for running an excellent race.

The 29th Annual Run for the Poor was successfully held on June 10, 2023 featuring a strong field of runners and some fantastic weather. Like last year, this event featured a formation flyover by the Clermont Warbirds. Adding to the festivities was a stirring rendition of the National Anthem rendered by famous professional soprano Maria Sunnenberg . It all came together for another great Run for the Poor!
